Franklin Dill, DPT

Franklin obtained a B.S. in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience from the University of California at San Diego in 1997. He played soccer at UCSD for two years prior to tearing his ACL and going through a reconstruction and rehab. That experience spurred a career in physical therapy. He then obtained a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2000. He has worked for the past 17 years in outpatient orthopedic settings seeing a multitude of diagnoses from ankle sprains to cervical fractures. He had the opportunity to work with the Oakland A’s for 5 years working with professional baseball players. He has taken a number of continuing education courses including a yearly manual therapy course through Kerlan and Jobe. His work interests include balance/vestibular rehab and orthotics. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and enjoys being outdoors, hiking and taking photographs.

Sundeep Bhangu, DPT, CSCS

Sundeep Bhangu, DPT, CSCS is a California state licensed Physical Therapist who received his BS in kinesiology at Cal State East Bay. He completed his professional training at University of California San Francisco where he earned his clinical doctorate degree in physical therapy. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. He works with patients of all ages, across all activity levels from highly sedentary people to highly active populations. He enjoys building a solid rapport with his patients (speaks basic Punjabi & Hindi) and clients, clinical problem-solving, and watching patients/clients progress to the activities they aspire to.

Stephen Arntz, PTA

Stephen (Steve) Arntz graduated Fairleigh Dickinson University with an A.S. in Physical Therapy and moved from New Jersey to California in the early 80’s. Steve has been working as a physical therapy assistant for 38 years with a background in orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine. He also is a licensed massage therapist with 35 years of experience and specializes in deep tissue massage and myofascial release. Steve has taken numerous courses during his career and has applied different techniques for the rehabilitation and restoration of frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) and other joint restrictions of the spine and extremities. Steve incorporates his philosophy of physical health and well-being and stays very active in his own fitness along with his patients in our health club. Steve enjoys outdoor cycling, spin classes and weight training as well as all the beautiful Bay area has to offer. Steve has been married for 25 years, lives locally and has been actively involved in the San Ramon community.

Roland Bigornia, PTA

Roland Bigornia is a CA licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since early 2020, but has been working in the field of Physical Therapy since 2016. He has a background in Kinesiology and graduated from Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts in San Mateo, receiving his A.S. Physical Therapy Assistant in late 2019. His experience includes mostly orthopedic diagnoses, but has experience working with neurologic cases as well. He has an interest in vestibular disorders and is taking courses to apply into his practice. Roland enjoys spending time with his family, playing music, and staying active by going snowboarding and playing basketball, although hockey is his favorite sport. Go Sharks!
