Anna Casem, MPT, Clinic Director

Anna has been practicing physical therapy for 15 years in an outpatient setting. She graduated from California State University, Fresno with a Master’s Degree in physical therapy. She is a clinical instructor for the physical therapy programs of several universities. She has taken continuing education courses in strain-counterstrain, kinesiotaping, modalities, upper and lower extremity physical therapy examination and treatment, cervical and lumbar spine physical therapy examination and treatment, and use of rehabilitative modalities, and she speaks Spanish. She participated in many years of competitive swimming throughout her life and has completed two marathons. Her children are now very involved in competitive dance and swimming.

Aparajitha Gottapu

Aparajitha graduated in 2005 with a Bachelors in Physical Therapy from NTR University of Health Sciences, India. During her Bachelors, she interned and worked at an Orthopedic multi-specialty hospital. Aparajitha received her US Physical Therapy license in 2010. For the last 7 years, she has been working as an Outpatient Physical Therapist. Her professional interests are orthopedic manual therapy, pre- and post-op orthopedic rehab, and exercise based physical therapy. Aparajitha enjoys cooking, gardening and spending time with her husband and their two boys. She speaks English, Telugu and Hindi (some).

Mailah Rapada

Mailah Rapada has been practicing as a clinical physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting in the past seven years. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Mary Johnston College in Manila, Philippines. She is currently finishing her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from A.T. Still University. Mailah focuses on orthopedic and sports injuries, as well as overuse injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. In addition, she has taken a variety of continuing education courses that focus on the most current treatment techniques, which in turn, provides the highest quality of patient care. In her spare time, Mailah enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, going to concerts, spending time with her family and friends, trying out new restaurants, and reading a good book.

Dr. Pooja Shah, DPT

Dr. Pooja Shah is a distinct, patient focused Physical Therapist with a special interest in sports medicine and orthopedics. She has graduated from Loma Linda University with Post-Professional Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2017 & Bachelors of Physical Therapy in 2010 with a fellowship in Orthopedic Rehabilitation. Her work primarily includes treating outpatient musculoskeletal cases and doing post-operative rehabilitation with adept knowledge of spinal manipulations and mobilizations. She has good all-round experience working in different clinical setups (home health, inpatient, outpatient and skilled nursing facility) and was also selected as an On-field Physical Therapist for Indian Premier League Cricket matches. Pooja loves to travel during her free time.

Priscilla Joy Sabangan-Luna, PTA, RPT

Priscilla Luna moved to San Jose, California from The Philippines. She studied Physical Therapy at De Las Salle University where she obtained her BS and proceeded to work in a fast, upscale community, assuring client delectation working with the elderly. She worked as a Physical Therapist in a royal hospital in Saudi Arabia for 3 years. She started her career with RehabCare for 2 years before she got the opportunity at Physical rehabilitation network sports therapy clinic. In her free time, she enjoys traveling. She also helps the community by adopting a child with Food For The Hungry with her husband. Appreciative with what she has learned, she makes sure her patients are well educated with their current ailments as there is no single process or cookie cutter approach that works for everyone, and is more individual in nature.
